FAA Grounded Falcon 9?

The Falcon 9 rocket, known for its reliability and routine feats of landing rockets on droneships, recently hit a snag. During its latest mission, which launched 20 Starlink satellites, the upper stage leaked liquid oxygen. As SpaceX boss Elon Musk put it, this R-U-D , or “Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly” for those not up on the lingo , turned the payload into space debris. The satellites were left orbiting too low to survive, ensuring they’d re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere as very expensive shooting stars. This boo-boo implications are serious, potentially delaying upcoming crewed and cargo launches. The FAA isn’t amused and demands a thorough investigation and fixes before allowing Falcon 9 back in the skies. With future astronauts twiddling their thumbs, Musk assured fans and followers that they’re on it. But until SpaceX can prove it was just an odd hiccup and not a deeper issue, the FAA essentially grounded the Falcon 9.
